They can also be useful for business and organisational needs, to determine visa options for your activities.

Arranging a Consultation | Step by Step
1. Get in touch
The first step is to get in touch. Send us an email at call us on or fill in our contact form with as much information as possible about what you would like to discuss. Feel free to include any questions you have.
2. Terms and Conditions – Client Care, Privacy and Terms and Conditions
As a regulated adviser, all actionable advice or services provided must be done so under contracted agreement.
We will issue you with a client care agreement – which sets out the basis of our engagement, the fee involved, a brief overview of your case and details of our regulation with the OISC.
It also includes our Privacy Policy (how we handle and secure your data) and our Terms and Conditions.
3. Call
We’ll agreed on a date, time and location for the consultation – either on the phone, over video or call formats like Zoom, Skype, Facetime or Whatsapp.
Please note – all our services are virtual – we do not offer in-person appointments or walk-in services at our registered address.
4. Summary
For Basic Consultation clients, we recommend you take your own notes during the conversation. If you want to check anything out, we are always happy to discuss any aspects you’re unclear on within 5 days of the consultation. In most cases, we will send on some information to some starting-point information or guidance of which you should be aware.
For Standard Consultation clients, following the consultation, we will write up an overview of what was discussed – it will normally summarise the key points of advice provided and can include links or attachments to detailed personalised information and recommendations relevant to your situation.
