Partners and Families UK Visa
Partner and Families routes (Appendix FM) most commonly for Spouse visa. These are our most popular service. Despite the complexities, we love working on them simply because the people involved are so invested in the outcome.
We’ve handled all types of applications in various countries and at various stages of the journey — from first entry as a fiancé all the way through to indefinite leave and naturalisation and beyond.
David and Lauren UK Fiancé Visa case study
David was a student and UK citizen. He wanted to bring Lauren, his fiancée at the time, to the UK to reside, proving the Minimum Required Income band that UK Spouse visa applications were reliant on. We walk you through this process in more detail.
David was a university student so proved income through self-employment – but he hadn’t realised the cases yet. It wasn’t until we discussed it in person that we worked out the issue.
The issue was due to a shortfall in his tax submissions based on a top end of income. We worked to frame the income more clearly and gather together all the records based on self-employment income and passive savings.
